Schools, Academies and Trusts do not exist in a vacuum. Complex relationships include working with Governors, Trustees,  MAT staff, Local Authorities. Additionally, Dioceses work with numerous other outside agencies such as CES, Social Services, SEN / Additional Needs support, Police, Advisory Services, Governor Services, DFE / Welsh Government, Estyn / Ofsted etc.

This can take disproportionate amount of limited and valuable time.
