​Whilst there are various stakeholders who aim to meet some generalised school development needs (eg LA Advisers) and some who undertake evaluation (Ofsted / Estyn Inspectors,) there is often a gap for headteachers and governors who require non judgemental support to develop and evaluate their schools independently and confidentially.​

Process

​​

• Initial meeting discussing areas requiring support and / or evaluation

• Plan and agree process with SMART targets

• Work with the headteacher to develop an action plan including overall vision, timescale, personnel, milestones, final outcomes and financial implications.

Examples of work preivoulsy undertaken

Worked with an inner city Academy to redefine the staffing structure and job descriptions in order to support school development and substantially reduce cost. As a result the school was able to move out of a deficit budget.

​

As part of school evaluation and in preparation for inspection, undertook “deep dives” of departments / cross curricular themes (mini inspection) to produce in depth reports.
