Governance

Demands on the role of Governors, Trustees and Directors have dramatically increased over recent years. These responsibilities lie with volunteers who generously offer their time and experience (often outside educational settings) but are faced with legal and sometimes canonical demands that an leave them feeling unsure and disempowered. It can be unclear who to turn to to give independent advice and support underpinned with a wide variety of knowledge and experience.
Process:
White and White Consultancy offer three types of services for Governors, Trustees and Directors:
1. Critical advice regarding specific issues and challenges.
2. Full review of Governance across a School, Trust or Diocese to ensure compliance and best practice.
3. Service Level Agreement support in undertaking governance duties.
4. Bespoke Governor Training programmes.
These services can be specifically tailored to meet the differing needs in mainstream or in voluntary aided schools and aimed at:
-
